General Terms and Conditions
Scope of Services
These terms include the costs of flight hours, passenger and baggage insurance, landing fees, and any applicable stand-by fees.
All provided offers are non-binding.
Should the executed services differ from those described in the offers, the resulting additional costs will be recognized by the Service Provider in the final invoice. Consequently, final invoice amounts may differ from initial quotations after the services have been completed.
Booking and Payment Terms
By signing and returning an Offer, Customers confirm their order of the specified services. The booking will be processed and confirmed by the Service Provider.
- Upon receipt of the signed Offer, the Service Provider will issue an invoice.
- Customers must settle the invoice prior to the commencement of services.
- Services will only commence upon full payment receipt by the Service Provider.
Cancellation Policy
Returning a signed Offer constitutes a binding service order. Should Customers cancel the confirmed services, the following reservation fees apply:
- More than 5 days prior to the services: 20% of the total price remains with the Service Provider.
- Within 5 days prior to the services: 40% of the total price remains with the Service Provider.
- Within 24 hours prior to the services: 100% of the total price remains with the Service Provider.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical certificates, adverse weather conditions, technical malfunctions of aircraft, or other force majeure events), the Service Provider will:
- Fully refund the amounts already paid, or
- By mutual agreement, reschedule or transfer the services as originally specified.
